High Court Authorizes Epidurals for Foreman's 11-Year-Old Injury

The Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia ruled that a construction foreman was entitled to receive epidural injections for his back pain which his doctors attributed to a workplace fall more than a decade ago.
