Laser Device Cleared for Treating Neck, Shoulder Pain

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has cleared Multi Radiance Medical’s MR4 laser technology for treatment of neck and shoulder pain, the company announced. Neck pain is a major contributor to workers’ compensation costs in the U.S., the company said. Statistics show that about 35 million adults in the U.S. suffer from neck pain.
