The North Carolina Bar Association’s 2017 Workers’ Compensation Section Annual Meeting concludes today with the theme “Medical Miracles: How Advances in Medicine and Technology are Impacting the Workers’ Compensation Landscape.”
The meeting, which opened Thursday, offers nine continuing legal education credits and is being held at the Grandover Resort & Conference Center in Greensboro.
A panel at 10 a.m. today will update attendees about recent changes to Medicare Set Aside accounts and current issues with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
