Montana Employer Cited After Third Worker Dies in as Many Years

A Bethel, Montana company was hit with violations and a proposed fine of $187,000 after a worker died at one its dairy operations, the third death at the company in as many years. The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration inspected Sharpe Holdings after a 51-year-old equipment operator died from serious head injuries after falling out of a moving van.
