Association for Justice to Host Webinar With Comp Commissioners

The Maryland Association for Justice announced a panel session featuring three members of the Workers’ Compensation Commission scheduled for Thursday will be live-streamed because of concerns regarding COVID-19.

Commissioners Allan H. Kittleman, Howard L. Metz and Ju Y. Oh will participate in the three-hour webinar. The webinar will cover topics including co-employee lawsuits, how to advocate for permanent total disability benefits, and tips to “not screw you” third-party cases.

The program will be live-streamed only and will not be available as a recording.

The webinar is from 1-4 p.m. Thursday.
