Legislative Auditor Recommends Consideration of TTD Cap, Closed Formulary

A cap on the duration that injured workers can receive temporary total disability benefits and a closed pharmacy formulary could help Louisiana control its workers’ compensation claim costs for state employees, according to a report from the state Legislative Auditor.
