The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited a New York marine construction contractor for safety violations following the collapse of a crane at Avalon Bay Marina in Stamford, Conn.OSHA said in a press release inspectors have recommended $165,200 in fines against Concavage Marine Construction Co. in connection with the May 22 crane collapse.
