Privette Doctrine Bars Worker's Claim for Damages

A California appellate court determined that the Privette doctrine entitled the defendants in a civil suit to summary judgment dismissing a worker’s claim for injuries from a fall from a ladder inside a jet fuel tank. In 2017, Burns & McDonnell Engineering Co.
