Lawmaker Considering Legislation to Implement Auditor's Fraud Recommendations

The Assembly Insurance Committee is considering legislation to implement some of the California state auditor’s recommendations to fight fraud as lawmakers continue their focus on abuses of the workers’ compensation system.
