The Idaho Industrial Commission revised proposed changes to its Judicial Rules of Practice and Procedure that would reduce the amount of time to respond to a complaint, allow testimony based on post-hearing depositions and modify the procedure for objecting to a change of physician petition.A draft proposal published in December said each party served with a copy of a complaint must file an answer within 21 days.
