Eight suspects including a doctor, a bakery owner and a businesswoman who allegedly filed false applications to avoid paying premium owed to The New York State Insurance Fund were among those arrested as part of a workers' compensation fraud sweep in Queens, NYSIF said in a press release Thursday.
