Use of IARC Classification of Carcinogens Isn't Unconstitutional Delegation of Legislative Authority

The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania ruled that there was no unconstitutional delegation of legislative authority in using a third party's definition of carcinogens to determine a firefighter's entitlement to benefits for kidney cancer.
