Court Upholds Award of Lifetime Income Benefits

A Texas appellate court upheld an award of lifetime income benefits to a worker who lost the use of his feet. Case: City of Fort Worth v. Clark, No. 01-18-00430-CV, 08/13/2019, published. Facts: Print Earl Clark Sr. worked for the City of Forth Worth as a roofer. In March 2008, he was injured in a work truck collision. Clark's radiculopathy symptoms worsened to the point that his ankles would give out, causing him to fall.
