Two northwestern Michigan law firms have merged to form a new company with attorneys practicing in a variety of areas, including workers' compensation.
Kuhn, Darling, Boyd and Quandt and Calcutt, Rogers and Boynton, both based in Traverse City, announced the merger and creation of Kuhn Rogers in a Sept. 3 press release. According to the statement, the original firms were two of the oldest in the area and the new company is one of the largest locally-owned practices.
