New Jersey prosecutors have charged a county correctional officer, his wife and another woman with workers' compensation fraud charges, alleging the correctional officer fabricated or exaggerated the extent of his injuries. His wife and the woman are accused of lying during sworn testimony.   Police arrested Manalapan residents Ricky Marter, 51, and his wife Donna, 48; and Christine Bradach, 45, of Freehold.
