Fatigue Plagues CA Democrats on Work Comp Issues

California Democrats have abandoned any attempts to bring to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger a workers' compensation rate regulation bill this legislative session, says the Sacramento Bee. In fact, reported the Bee Saturday, the Legislature is sick and tired of anything to do with work comp, including an SB 899 "clean up" package. California Labor Federation lobbyist, Angie Wei, is quoted as stating, "In this Legislature, there is general fatigue on workers' compensation issues. People are tired."
