Georgia Resort Violations Top $100K in Penalties

The U.S. Labor Department's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has cited Beachside Realty & Development and Division 9 Contractors for exposing employees to fall hazards at a Tybee Island job site. The agency proposes total penalties of $107,000.
