Facts: Thomas Dubuc worked for OTG LLC. He suffered injuries in October 2015 when he fell off a ladder while running fiber optic lines between telephone poles.
Dubuc sought compensation for injuries to his upper extremities, back, neck and spine, and for internal injuries.
