Washington lawmakers sent Gov. Jay Inslee a bill that would clarify that a contentious presumption created last year also applies to people who didn’t undergo a medical exam before they started working at the Hanford Nuclear Reservation.
House Bill 1490, by Rep. Timm Ormsby, D-Spokane, was delivered to the governor on Wednesday.
