After Court Ruling, Agency Issues New COVID Presumption Rule

The Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity posted a new emergency rule clarifying that its COVID-19 presumption order applies to illnesses contracted after mid-March, near the start of the pandemic in the state. The department also issued a rule requiring all employers to institute a COVID-19 preparedness plan.
