Worker Entitled to Repair of Damaged Prosthesis, but Not Replacement

The Virginia Court of Appeals ruled that a worker was entitled to repair of his leg prosthesis that was damaged in an on-the-job accident, but he was not entitled to a replacement. Case: Hill v.
