SAIF Corp. announced that it hired Chip Terhune to succeed President and Chief Executive Officer Kerry Barnett, who announced his retirement last year.
Terhune will start at SAIF on July 1, the carrier announced Wednesday.
Terhune served as chief of staff for former Oregon Gov. Ted Kulongoski, who was in office from 2003 to 2011. He was also an assistant executive director of the Oregon Educational Association.
