Employers and insurers looking to save on utilization-review services may want to check out Uniontown MRPC or Industrial Rehabilitation Associates.Those two companies in 2012 charged the lowest average fees of 22 utilization-review and peer-review organizations listed in a report posted in Friday's Pennsylvania Register by the Bureau of Workers' Compensation.
