The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has issued 22 citations with fines totaling $71,000 to three companies owned by Jinny Corp. in Doraville.The companies are JBS Beauty Club, JBS Hair Distribution Center and Jinny Beauty Supply Co., OSHA reported.Jinny Corp. produces and supplies hair care and beauty products, and has operations in Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles and Miami.
