DWC Proposes 2024 Research Agenda

The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation is accepting comments on the proposed 2024 agenda for the Workers’ Compensation Research and Evaluation Group. Texas Labor Code Section 405.0026 requires the group to annually prepare an agenda for the commissioner of workers’ compensation to review, approve and publish in the Texas Register.
