Electrician Gets Benefits despite Positive Cocaine Test

A Texas appellate court ruled that an electrician who tested positive for cocaine after suffering electrical burns was not barred from collecting workers' compensation benefits for his injuries. Case: Bituminous Fire & Marine Insurance Co. v.
