The Raleigh, North Carolina, firm of Teague Campbell Dennnis & Gorham is offering a two-hour seminar entitled “Recent Developments in North Carolina Workers’ Compensation Law,” the firm announced.
The seminar will cover the history and impact of the legislative and rule changes introduced in workers’ compensation reforms in 2011 and in 2012 amendments. It will also look at the changing face of the North Carolina Industrial Commission and strategies for employers to leverage the changes for maximum cost savings for their workers’ compensation claims.
