DWC Starts Rulemaking to Delay ICD-10 Implementation

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation on Thursday posted to its website a proposed change to its Medical Billing and Payment Guide that would delay adoption of the 10th revision of the International Classification of Disease codes until October 2015.
