The U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld awards to the daughter of an oil field worker who was killed on a rig in Louisiana. Case: McBride v. Estis Well Service, No. 16-30481, 04/10/2017, published. Facts and procedural history: Saul Touchet, Brian Suire, Joshua Bourque and Skye Sonnier worked on board an oil rig owned by Estis Well Service.
