High Court Says Employer Not Liable in Tort for Power Saw Accident

The Louisiana Supreme Court ruled that an employer was entitled to summary judgment on a civil lawsuit filed by the family of a worker who was seriously injured by a power saw since its conduct did not rise to the level of an intentional tort. Case: Danos v.
