A West Hartford man has been arraigned on charges of illegally collecting $11,600 in workers’ compensation benefits and failing to carry workers’ compensation coverage for his employees, The Hartford Courant reported.Maninder Arora, 47, was charged with workers' compensation fraud and second-degree larceny and was ordered to turn over his passport.
