ACIC Elects Bissell as New President

The Association of California Insurance Companies elected Kathleen Bissell, the assistant vice president of Liberty Mutual Insurance Co., to chair its board of directors during the association's annual meeting in Sacramento this week.Bissell replaces Cary Cheldin, the president of Crusader Insurance Co., and will serve a one-year term. Cheldin had acted as chair for the traditional two, one-year terms. Association members also elected Gregory Parini, vice president of Civil Service Employees, to act as vice chair of the board.
