Bureau Won't Force Air Ambulances to Stick to Fee Schedules

Just as federal and state court cases in other states are chugging along toward conclusion, the Tennessee Bureau of Workers' Compensation surprised stakeholders this month when it seemed to throw in the towel on fighting for lower air ambulance fees.
