State OSHA Penalties Increase 1.8% for Workplace Safety Violations

The cost of workplace safety violations in Nevada increased last week as a result of a 2019 bill requiring the Division of Industrial Relations to set penalties in alignment with those imposed by the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
