During a federal safety inspection in October, Occupational Safety and Health Administration officials found roofers working atop a Winnetka, Illinois, home without fall protection.
The agency announced a $63,494 fine against the roofing company, Redhawk Roofing Inc., of Libertyville, Illinois, on Monday.
