The Georgia Court of Appeals ruled that an administrative law judge violated a worker’s due process rights in addressing the compensability of a knee injury when that issue had not been presented for adjudication. Case: State v. Chapman, No. A23A0989, 10/27/2023, published. Facts: Stephen Chapman worked as a correctional officer at Ware State Prison.
