A Florida Senate panel on Wednesday voted to make major changes to its version of legislation that would cap the price of repackaged drugs in the workers' compensation system.In a series of voice votes, the Florida Health Regulation Committee amended Senate Bill 668 to remove the proposed price cap on repackaged drugs and replace it with language that requires dispensers of repackaged drugs to give insurers and employers a $15 rebate on all repackaged drugs priced at $25 or more.The changes also require that Insurance Commissioner Kevin McCarty roll back Florida workers' compensation r...
