The Kentucky Court of Appeals overturned a determination that a prison worker was entitled to disability retirement benefits for his psychiatric conditions. Case: Kentucky Public Pensions Authority v. Swint, No. 2023-CA-1252-MR, 03/21/2025, unpublished.
