WCB to Continue Discussion on Translation of Court Documents

The Oregon Workers’ Compensation board will continue deliberating possible rules relating to translating evidence written in languages other than English when it meets in August. The board last year started assessing ways to ensure that people who aren’t proficient in English are not disadvantaged.
