Labor Commission Must Reconsider Whether to Rescind Approval of Settlement

The Utah Court of Appeals ordered the Labor Commission to reconsider whether it should rescind its approval of a settlement agreement between a worker and his employer because of their disagreement over the payment obligations. Thomas Halladay worked for Waxies Enterprises Inc. He suffered injuries when he fell off a ladder while working in November 2012.
