The Oklahoma Supreme Court denied a request to make an emergency appointment so that the Workers’ Compensation Court of Existing Claims can continue hearing cases after its lone judge terms out Friday.
The high court didn’t elaborate on its decision, saying only in Monday’s order that all justices concurred in the decision to deny the request for the court to assume original jurisdiction over the dispute.
