Brannan Approves FCE Plan-Based Audit

The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation has approved its Functional Capacity Evaluation Plan-Based Audit for health care providers who refer injured workers for functional capacity evaluations, the DWC announced in a memo to stakeholders. The DWC’s Plan-Based Audit sets the scope, methodology, selection criteria and program area responsibilities as presented in the division’s Medical Quality Review Process.
