Court Partially Reverses Summary Judgment for Labor Law Claims

A New York appellate court ruled that a worker was entitled to only partial summary judgment on his Labor Law claims from being struck by a falling door form. Case: Douglas v. Tishman Construction Corp., No. 29292/17, 05/24/2022, published. Facts: Jaydee Douglas worked as a lather for Navillus Contracting, a concrete subcontractor on a construction project.
