The Workers’ Compensation Commission has posted notice of its Attorney Transmittal Online System (ATOS), which can be accessed here.
The agency says that until further notice, however, stakeholders must continue to serve and certify service of copies of all documents to each party by using regular mail.
Filing documents through ATOS does not yet meet requirements under Miss. Work. Comp. Com. Procedural Rule 20, the agency says.
