Supreme Court Won't Review WCAB Decision in 'Dubon II'

The California Supreme Court will not review the en banc Workers' Compensation Appeals Board decision known as "Dubon II." Last February, the WCAB issued an en banc decision as to the scope of its jurisdiction to decide issues of medical necessity after the passage of SB 863.
