Some In-Person Hearings Resume, but Face Coverings Required

Compensation agencies in five states announced updates to protocols for meetings and hearings as the coronavirus pandemic continues. Georgia: Starting Monday, in-person hearings will resume, but parties must wear face coverings and stay 6 feet apart, the state Board of Workers' Compensation said in a notice this week.
