The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration cited a Florida roofing contractor for safety violations involving fall hazards following inspections in November and December 2012.OSHA said in a press release inspectors cited Collis Roofing, of Longwood, Fla., for hazards at three residential sites in Jacksonville, Oviedo and Palm Harbor, Fla.
