Electronic Claim Forms Required Starting Sept. 1

The South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission announced that it will require certain claim forms to be submitted electronically starting Sept. 1. The commission said claims forms 15, 17, 19 and 20 must be submitted by email after August. Form 18 must be submitted either through email or electronic data interchange at six-month intervals corresponding to the employee’s date of injury.
