Jay Williams Named Board Chairman at Church Mutual

John “Jay” B. Williams has been named chairman of the Church Mutual Insurance Co. board of directors, and Gregory A. Smith was named vice chairman of the board. Both appointments, announced in a news release on Thursday, took effect Oct. 16. Church Mutual also announced the retirement of Walter H.
