Burke Notches Another Victory Against Reforms

Much like Union Army Maj. Gen. William Tecumseh Sherman marched across Georgia during the Civil War, Oklahoma City attorney Bob Burke is plowing his way through the 2013 legislative reforms of the Oklahoma comp system.
